Pancakes made in collaboration with “Yoshidaya,” a long-established umeboshi (pickled plum) shop established in 1830. Our signature rice flour pancake is generously topped with homemade fruity plum cream and served with sweet and sour plum jam from Yoshidaya, a must for plum lovers. The sweet plum cream and vanilla ice cream are well matched with the sourness of the plum jam, and the product can be enjoyed with a refreshing texture.
