A collaborative menu using matcha green tea from THE LYNN KYOTO is now available at Tamon. Tamon's original Mont Blanc cream, richly flavored with organic matcha from Kyoto, is generously drizzled over Tamon's rice flour pancakes, which are then topped with organic matcha. The homemade lemon sauce served on the side brings out the umami and aroma of the matcha even more with its refreshing flavor and acidity.
